Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the VAELLON GROUP platform (www.vaellon.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "user") and VAELLON GROUP, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15374821).

2. Description of Services

VAELLON GROUP provides the following services:

  • Property Verification: independent verification of land titles, property documentation, and agent credentials
  • Agent Vetting: verification of ESVARBON/NIESV registration, licence status, and disciplinary history
  • Milestone Payment Protection: escrow-based payment releases tied to confirmed progress milestones
  • Transaction Documentation: systematic record-keeping of all verification reports and transaction milestones

We are not a real estate agency. We do not act as agent for either the buyer or the seller. Our role is to verify, document, and facilitate safe transactions.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prevent them from participating in property transactions.

4. User Obligations

When using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all enquiries and transactions
  • Complete identity verification when required for transaction processing
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements
  • Not use our platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorised purpose
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Verification and Limitation of Liability

While we exercise extreme diligence in our verification process, it is important to understand:

  • Our verification is based on documents and information available at the time of review. It does not constitute a guarantee of the property's future status.
  • We strongly recommend engaging independent legal counsel for any property transaction. Our verification supplements, but does not replace, professional legal advice.
  • VAELLON GROUP shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on verification reports where the underlying documents were fraudulent or forged beyond what reasonable verification could detect.

6. Escrow and Milestone Payments

Where milestone payment services are used:

  • Funds are held in regulated escrow accounts with licensed financial institutions
  • Releases require confirmation from both buyer and seller (or their authorised representatives)
  • Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below
  • VAELLON GROUP does not hold buyer funds directly

7. Fees

Our verification and platform fees are communicated clearly before any transaction begins. Fees are non-refundable once verification work has commenced. Specific fee schedules are provided in individual transaction agreements.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

  • Both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through VAELLON GROUP' internal mediation process
  • If internal mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA)
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, verification frameworks, and proprietary processes on the VAELLON GROUP platform are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued access is not in the best interest of our platform's integrity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
