Too many Nigerians abroad have sent money home for property, only to lose it. We decided to build the system that stops that from happening.
The Problem We Exist to Solve
Every year, thousands of Nigerians living in the UK, US, Canada, and Europe send money home to buy land or build property. Many of them lose a significant portion of that money, not because they are careless, but because the system they are buying through has no accountability.
Fake land titles. Unlicensed agents. Contractors who take payment and disappear. These are not rare events. They are so common that most diaspora Nigerians either have a personal story or know someone who does.
VAELLON GROUP was built to change that.
What We Do
We are not a property listing site. We are a verification and protection platform. Every property on Vaellon goes through independent title verification. Every agent is checked against ESVARBON and NIESV registries. Your money moves through regulated escrow, released only when confirmed milestones are met.
Our role is to be the independent third party that makes the transaction safe for both buyer and seller. We do not take sides. We verify, we document, and we protect.

VAELLON GROUP is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15374821), with a registered office at 10 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 8PB. We comply with UK anti-money laundering regulations and operate in accordance with the Estate Agents Act 1979.
In Nigeria, we work exclusively with ESVARBON-registered and NIESV-registered professionals. Every agent on our platform holds a current, verifiable licence.
