Decor Without The Guesswork
Most interiors go wrong in the last 10%: the shell is built correctly, the tiles are laid, the kitchen is installed — and then furniture, lighting and textiles are bought in a hurry because the family has already moved in. We work on the other side of that handover, where a space stops looking like a building and starts looking like somewhere you want to be.
We handle interior decor and exterior decor as one brief rather than two invoices, because they fail in the same way. The interior finish and the approach, planting and lighting outside the front door are read together from the moment you stand in the driveway, and they should agree with each other in colour, texture and level of formality.

Interior Decor
The interior side is where most of the money shows. Our scope covers soft furnishings, window treatments, lighting design, colour and material selection, art placement and the final styling pass — the layer that turns a correctly built house into a finished one.
We work to your build first. If the space has good bones we protect them and spend on the layers that carry the most visual weight per naira. If it does not, we will tell you that before you have ordered anything, because no amount of styling fixes a bad plan.

Exterior Decor
The exterior brief covers what a visitor meets before they reach the door: the entrance sequence, planting, external lighting, hard landscaping, boundary treatments and the pool or garden area if you have one.
In Lagos this work is shaped by climate and by how a building is actually lived with — intense sun on west elevations, heavy rain, and compound walls that carry a lot of the visual weight. We specify for those conditions rather than importing a palette that was chosen for a different coast.

Four stages, fixed sequence. You are never asked to make a purchasing decision before you have seen the concept it belongs to.
- Brief & BudgetWalkthrough, priorities, budget bandWe start on site, not in a showroom. You tell us the rooms you actually use and the budget band, and we photograph what is there.
- Concept & PaletteLayout, colour, material and finish boardsYou get a concept board covering layout, palette and finish before anything is ordered — colour, tile, stone, timber, metalwork and lighting temperature.
- ProcurementSourcing, sampling and lead timesWe source, sample and hold items locally so lead times from Lagos and Dubai suppliers do not stall the programme.
- Install & HandoverPlacement, styling and final styling passDelivery, placement, final styling and a handover session with maintenance notes for every surface and fitting.
Where We Work
Lagos and Abuja are our base, and we take on work across Nigeria and for clients building or styling from the UK, US and UAE. For live-ins outside Lagos we work in person for the brief, concept and install, and remotely in between, with a local execution contact named on every project.
Two honest notes. First, decor is the part of a build most easily squeezed when money gets tight — if that is where you are, tell us early and we will build a phase order that protects the rooms you use most. Second, we will tell you when a space does not need styling. That happens, and it is cheaper than the alternative.
